Mary Ann Noiroux
Mary Ann Noiroux has distinguished herself professionally over more than 17 years as an aggressive and responsive litigator on behalf of her clients. She possesses extensive experience in all areas of civil litigation including personal injury, business, family and employment law, premises liability, products liability, association and construction defect law.
Ms. Noiroux’ seasoned representation of both plaintiffs and defendants provide her with a unique, comprehensive understanding of the issues involved in a litigated matter. This enables her to obtain exceptional results for her clients in an uncommonly expeditious fashion.
Ms. Noiroux has attended the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine University School of Law, providing her with expertise in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution options.
A native and lifetime resident of Orange County, Ms. Noiroux graduated with honors from Western State University College of Law in 1990 and has practiced law throughout Southern California. She is admitted to practice in all California courts and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Ms. Noiroux is a member of the Los Angeles County and Orange County Bar Associations and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Kathleen Rager
Kathleen Rager specializes in the representation of corporate clients in the field of labor and employment law. Her more than 17 years of experience includes labor relations litigation, employment litigation, personal injury and premises liability litigation, as well as construction litigation. Ms. Rager also practices general business law and community association law. She represents a number of American and French corporate clients, having practiced extensively in California and France.
In 1987, Ms. Rager received a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a Minor in Philosophy from the University of Redlands, graduating Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa and with Departmental Honors.
In 1990, she obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she served as research clerk to former United States Secretary of Labor W. Willard Wirtz. In 1991, she pursued post-graduate studies at the Universite de Paris, Sorbonne in Paris, France.
In 1996, she also attended l’Ecole de Formation Professionnelle des Barreaux de la Cour d’Appel de Paris in Paris, France.
Ms. Rager is licensed to practice in the State of California, and before the United States Central District Court and the Ninth District Court of Appeals. She is a member of the American and Orange County Bar Associations.
Ms. Rager speaks fluent French and is actively involved in several charities to protect abused women and children.
